About this estimate

What you'll get, and what you won't

What's included

Gross salary, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS TK contributions, a monthly THR reserve, regular PPh 21 when the company bears it, any extra monthly cost, then our service fee and the PPN on it.

How it's computed

PPh 21 follows the PP 58/2023 TER (monthly effective rate) tables for your PTKP status, including the extra tax a THR month causes. BPJS and fee assumptions mirror what GlobalBridge uses in real quotations.

What's excluded

The year-end (final period) Pasal 17 PPh 21 reconciliation is not included, and your final quotation may differ with roles, contract terms and benefits.
